Stoni acquired our Black Diamond development when the Tim Horton’s was operational, while the second building had not yet begun construction. After picking up the project, we altered the foundation type to allow the building to sit on piles to mitigate the potential risk of settling and shifting. We began construction on the second building within months of acquiring the property, with an estimated construction completion date of October, 2021. Our tenants for the second building are A&W and PetValu, who will be operational for early 2022.
